An Ivano-Frankivsk developer is building the first aparthotel in Yaremche
Ivano-Frankivsk developer Blago is constructing the Son Daven Aparthotel in Yaremche. This is the company’s first project in the hotel sector, Forbes reports.
The three-star Son Daven Aparthotel is being built on Ivana Petrasha Street in Yaremche. It will consist of two nine-story buildings with a total of 304 apartments, ranging in size from 37 m² to 105 m². The hotel will be developed in two phases: the first section is expected to open by the end of 2027, and the second in 2028.
The rooms will be sold to investors as private apartments. Investors will then be able to choose a management company to operate their units and rent them out, providing owners with dividends.
It is worth noting that Blago is a construction company known in Ivano-Frankivsk for several controversial projects. The company is owned by local entrepreneur Andriy Lutskiy, who is also the president of the private King Danylo University. The developer has been involved in a scandal regarding the potential development of land adjacent to the runway of Lviv Airport, actively purchasing private plots in partnership with members of the Varta party – the Horodechnyi family.
In recent years, developers have increasingly entered Yaremche’s hotel market. According to Mark Marchenko, CEO and founder of Sensar Development, who is building his second hotel in Yaremche, summer occupancy rates reach up to 90%, while winter occupancy remains stable at 70–80%.
